What You’ll Do:
- Lead nightly shipping operations to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and drivers to load, unload, and check in trucks.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Prioritize workflows and resolve issues with team members.
- Promote safety and a positive team environment at all times.
- Coordinate with managers to streamline warehouse activities and inventory.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or similar roles.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in varying climates (coolers, warehouse, outdoors).
- Proficiency in basic math and knowledge of weights and measures.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment are a plus.
